01. COUPLES

Making the decision to begin couples counseling can feel scary and unsettling. There are many reasons couples decide to start this journey. Issues such as infidelity, constant fighting, or shutting down and withdrawing from each other are some of the most common reasons people may consider reaching out to a therapist. 02. FAMILIES

Communicating as a family can be really difficult. With so many different personalities at the table, words can be misunderstood and deep wounds can develop. That is where having a third party mediator like a licensed therapist can come in and assist in making real improvements in the way family members relate and talk to each other.

03. INDIVIDUALS

I specialize in working with individuals with PTSD, anxiety, and depression. My clients see real, lasting change in their lives after our time working together. My goal is to help give you the tools to go through the highs and lows of life so that you are not in therapy forever. I also see individual clients who are going through marriage struggles, divorce, or post-divorce struggles.
