No matter the journey, everyone needs support.
elcome! Whether this is your first time seeking therapy and counseling services or not, I want to support you in your journey toward health and wholeness. Brene Brown states, “Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we will ever do.” I hope to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space while exploring areas of hurt, loss, identity formation, and relationship issues. I am passionate about those in life transitions, grief, loss, couples, families and blended families. I believe that sometimes we need someone else to hold hope for us until we can hold it for ourselves again.
Sometimes we just need to be heard. I look forward to working together in ways that support your values, goals and beliefs.
